Global Retail Sales Director

We are looking to hire a motivated, creative, collaborative, expressive, and strategic individual to develop and manage global retail partnerships for Mark One and our robust product and accessories pipeline. This role will also help develop and manage strategic partnerships in collaboration with the Brand and Health teams.

Responsibilities

Global Retail Expansion

  • Work autonomously and with Brand team to identify global retail opportunities
  • Work with ‘Brand and Marketing’ lead to develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Plan, execute, and maintain global retail agreements with annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain sales materials for current and future retail partners
  • Work with ‘Brand and Marketing’ team to develop wholesale and retail pricing strategies
  • Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and coach sales reps (internal or external) as we grow as a business
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Visit stores globally to ensure compliance and aspirational retail experience
  • Develop retail associate incentive strategies to drive accurate and persuasive sales pitch
  • Work with Brand to develop training guides and collateral for FMOT effectiveness

Skills Required

  • Proven track record of success in selling hardware products to retailers. Global experience preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the retail industry.
  • Self-starter. Able to work autonomously and collaboratively. Accountable.
  • Empathetic and excited to advocate for consumer targets and buyer segments.
  • Ability to adopt and implement brand architecture in sales strategy.
  • Familiarity with traditional and cutting edge sales mechanisms and terminology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

This position will report directly to the President of ‘Brand & Marketing’.
